We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but Nashe supply strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below. To return items purchased on nashe.top, you may either bring the item to our retail location and our customer service representatives will be happy to help you, or by requesting a return through the email nashesupply@gmail.com. Please specify the reason of the refund, date of purchase/order number, your first/last name and address. Be aware that items are eligible for the return in 2 cases only!
Return Criteria:
1. Item with a visible manufacturing defect.
2. If you've received the wrong item.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, a missing item or damaged product fee may be charged.
Missing Items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order.
Sharp Tools
We do not accept sharp tool returns at this time (nippers, scissors, etc). Please be aware while placing your order!
The main reason why: we can't guarantee the full tool sterilization before placing this item on sale again. We are currently working on this and will let you know as soon such returns will be available again.Promotional Items and BundlesAs a benefit to our customers, Nashe Supply LLC occasionally offers promotional items and coupons with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together. When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount.
